All of our items are new in the box, unopened and stored on shelves or original cases. We are constantly buying new and exciting items, so visit us often in our store. NYS residents will be charged sales tax as our business is located in NYC. Customers everywhere else are responsible for use tax in their location. We are constantly shipping out items, so your item will be securely packed and shipped upon receipt of payment. The shipping is based on USPS ground rates and insurance is optional upon your request. If you pay for insurance, and your item is lost or damaged during shipping, the carrier will be responsible. If you opt out of the insurance, we are not responsible for any damages during shipment. We ship out F.O.B. shipping point, which means that when the item is given to the shipper, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. If you are located out of the Continental U.S., you need to e-mail us for shipping costs, and it is very important that you read the section "INTERNATIONAL Shipping Terms & Conditions."We do not accept returns due to the high collectibility of our items. We represent our items accurately as the picture and description shows. All of our items are in excellent condition unless otherwise specified. If you are truly unhappy with the item (which we doubt you will be)please e-mail us at: sales@collectorstoyden.com and we will make every effort to somehow resolve the problem amicably; we want all of our customers to be very happy, loyal customers who purchase often.

International Shipping Information

At checkout, the shipping rates that you are charged are for the Continental U.S. only. We will send you an e-mail for the additional out-of-country charge. Once we receive the additional payment, we will ship out immediately. We only collect the cost of shipping and charge no handling fees. International Shipping Terms & Conditions

You must read this if you are outside of the continental U.S.:

International shipping is expensive, so please contact us for shipping cost before bidding. The prices start at $14 to Canada and $20 to Europe for a single item.
If the item weighs up to 4 pounds, it will be shipped Global Priority Mail. If more than 4 pounds, it will be shipped by boat or Air (whichever you prefer. Air is more expensive.)
These methods are not insurable and not trackable; only UPS EMS is; however the insurance alone would cost more that the item. If the item is lost, we are not responsible.
There may be customs or duty fees in your country. We have no idea how much this may be and the buyer is solely responsible for those fees.
We have heard that some countries may not allow certain items in. We have no way of knowing which countries this is and for which items. If you are unsure, you should check with the Customs in your country.
If the item we ship to you is returned to us by customs in your country, we will of course reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, but not the shipping which is the buyer's responsibility.
